How to reach us
Email hello@airliebeachtour.com. We answer in English, usually within two working days.
We are a booking guide, not a tour operator, so we cannot change, cancel or refund a booking. That goes to the operator through the platform you booked on, whose contact details are on your confirmation. If you cannot find them, write to us and we will point you to the right place.
If your tour was cancelled or you missed it
A refund or a new date is the operator's to give. Your confirmation email carries their contact and your booking reference, which is the fastest route. Most tours listed here refund in full if you cancel at least 24 hours before the start; the ones with longer notice, or none, say so on their cards.
Weather is the other common cause. Boats may change their route when the wind is up, and flights can be cancelled. If you missed a pickup, say so in your complaint and give the time and the place you waited.
Corrections
If a fact here is wrong or out of date, tell us what and where. Meeting points move, fares change and offers end, and the fastest fix is usually a reader who has just been. Every page carries the date it was last checked.

Shute Harbour Road, Airlie Beach QLD 4802, Australia. The public lagoon at the centre of town is open every day from 4:30am to 6pm, according to Tourism Whitsundays, and entry is free. It is the landmark most meeting points are described from.
